The Health Center at Kingswood offers personal assistance and skilled nursing care in a neighborhood-designed setting. Residents here build stronger relationships with their neighbors and their support staff thanks to our engaging social environment and home-like atmosphere.

Our core team of experienced staff and management here has an average tenure in critical operational positions that is higher than most skilled nursing communities in the area. Licensed by the State of Missouri to offer excellent nursing care to private pay residents as well as both medicare and medicaid recipients, the Health Center provides services and amenities that are designed to let residents live with dignity and as much independence as their personal health status will allow.
